“I heard about Sourdough bread for the first time when I was in Germany and completely fell in love with it’s taste. Ten days prior to the online session, Jennifer called me and explained to me the process of initialising the sourdough starter! She even sent us short clips to understand it better! It’s quite simple and requires very little work but lots of love :) 

Jennifer wrote to me daily until the session to check on “Tess” and to guide me with the discard, different flours and all the questions I had. The session was very informative, and detailed and was perfectly paced.

“The Gluten Free Sourdough Workshop opened a path for me for baking with sourdough. Jennifer has been guiding me from the beginning.
