FAQ

What do you get once you join my Gluten Free Sourdough Bundle Workshop?

LIVE SUPPORT, STEP BY STEP GUIDANCE, CONFIDENCE

Prior to the workshop, I will get in touch with you and we will have a chat about the flours that you prefer to use in your baking and recipes.

I will help you on a step-by-step basis to make a gluten free starter. I do this by guiding you and staying in touch with you on a daily basis to ensure that you feel comfortable with making your starter. I will point out and show you what ‘signs’ to look out for when making a starter. I will also give you plenty of tips to maintain your starter and to keep it active over a long period of time.

I will send you a list of ingredients that you will need for the workshop. All the ingredients should be easily bought from a health food store or from your nearest supermarket.

On the day of the workshop, we will meet online and after a brief introduction we

will start by making our Sourdough Gluten Free Sandwich loaf bread. Whilst the loaf bread is fermenting we will proceed to make the gluten free pizza crust, gluten free pasta and also the gluten free pastry.

All the recipes that we will make together will include the gluten free sourdough starter.

During the workshop there will be plenty of time to ask questions and get individual support.

Following the workshop I will keep in touch with you to see how your sourdough journey is developing. Sourdough is all about building connections with people.

CONFIDENCE

I give you a lot of encouragement and also support you in your gluten free baking and recipe building. This way you will feel more confident with your recipes and cooking.

SMELL & TASTE

The smell of fresh bread at home and the taste is enough to get you hooked. Once you make your own bread, you will want to keep on making it.
